Coming to Woolwinders this August: HEALTHY HANDS CLASS/FALL YARN TASTING EVENT! On Saturday, August 24th from 12-2 p.m. AND from 1:30-3:30 p.m. we will be combining a yarn tasting of a sampling of some of our new Fall yarn offerings with a very informative practical application workshop with physical therapist Melissa Carman and Mindy Bickel. Melissa and Mindy will address the many roadblocks that knitters face with reference to hand issues/pain/stress from the act of knitting. In addition, they will offer one-on-one attention to each participant to address her specific hand issues while knitting. Class size is limited so we are offering TWO SESSIONS to make sure everyone gets the opportunity to participate in this invaluable workshop. The cost of the class is $50.
