Description: Have you ever wondered what the heck DK yarn is, or why some patterns will work in wool, but not cotton? In this class, we will look at the properties of different yarns, from the source of the fibers to the way the yarn is plied. All this info will help you more confidently substitute yarns in patterns and understand the materials you are working with. This two hour talk will cover all the basics of yarn structure.
