Description: This is a lightweight, easy summer tee, knit bottom-up in the round. After separating and working short sleeves, the shoulders are seamed using three-needle bind-off. Stitches for neck and sleeve trim are picked up and worked in the round then bound off.

Skill Level: Beginner - Can knit, purl, cast on and bind off.
Prerequisites for Class: Novice knitter skills including: cast-on, knit & purl stitches, bind-off.
Materials Needed for Class:
Stickney Tee pattern available from Ravelry.
DK weight yarn in cotton, linen, or other warm weather fibers (see pattern for yardage requirements).
Size US 5 or US 6, 40” circular circular needles, or sizes needed for stated gauge.
Take time to knit and wet block a swatch slightly larger than 4" x 4" in this manner:
Cast on 30 sts and work 40 rows in stockinette using larger needles. Then, count stitches and rows in center 4 inches of swatch, after blocking.
