Introduction to Stranded Knitting
Description:
Ready for some fun? Learn to knit two colors at the same time in stranded colorwork, aka Fair Isle knitting. In Class 1 we will knit the easy, stranded cowl. In Class 2 we will learn to pick up stitches and knit a cozy lining for the cowl.

Prerequisites for Class:
Need to know how to cast on, knit and purl, and knit in the round.
Materials Needed for Class:
US 5 and 6 16" needles
2 skeins of sport-weight or DK-weight yarn in contrasting colors
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
Copy of Fault Lines pattern (available on Ravelry)
Homework:
Please cast on and complete ribbing before the first class
