The new book Japanese Knitting: Patterns for Sweaters, Scarves and More, by Michiyo, includes a pair of cleverly-constructed cabled slippers, in aran or worsted weight yarn, easily adaptable to a range of sizes. The slippers are knit flat and seamed. In this class, we'll look at how they're put together, and create a foot template to adapt the pattern to each person's individual size. We'll knit as far as we can during class to be sure that you'll be able to complete them at home.
