SPRING AHEAD!
Well this came upon us quite unexpectedly. We were totally unaware that the clocks move ahead one hour tonight. So we thought to remind you as well!! Make sure you spring ahead so that you aren’t late for LEARN to KNIT or the SUNDAY IN THE SALON program tomorrow!

CASCADE IS IN THE HOUSE
Our lovely UPS Guy, Albert, struggled in today with two GINORMOUS boxes from CASCADE YARNS. Our bins are now fully stocked with the lovely cotton LUNA (check out the February Lady model made from this amazing yarn), 220 WOOL (including the gorgeous heathers) and some colors of ULTRA PIMA. We understand that the pima is one of their best sellers this spring and they can hardly keep it in stock. Some colors were backordered but we will keep at it!

UPDATE
We are furiously working on the SPRING Newsletter. Our goal is to get it out to you next week. It only goes out electronically, so make sure you have signed up on the website. Scroll down to the lower left side of this home page and fill out the prompts.
The SPRING CLASS SCHEDULE is done. We have hard copies at the shop; we have sent a copy to our lovely webmistress Stacy, and it should be up on the site within a few days.

WEEKEND AT WOOLWINDERS
We are looking forward to the upcoming weekend at WoolWinders because we have a really special SUNDAY IN THE SALON. We love featuring the talents of our staff and customers, and this weekend, we are showcasing the amazing LAUREL BABY BLANKET designed by STEPHANIE. It is difficult to imagine that Stephanie has been knitting for only about three years—she began designing almost immediately and is now publishing her works on www.ravelry.com and other knitting related websites.
We love this blanket. It takes just ONE SKEIN of LAUREL ( or 400 yards of any worsted weight yarn) and is a great project for both beginners and experienced knitters. What new parents wouldn’t LOVE getting this as a baby gift?
So join us for this FREE program on Sunday from 2-4 PM. Bring along your size 8 or 9 circular knitting needles!
And remember—no LEARN TO CROCHET this weekend as Marietta has the day off! We will resume next weekend.
