One of our newest yarns, ARAUCANIA QUILLAY, a bright and pretty superwash DK weight yarn is hard for everyone to resist when they come into our shop, but I keep getting one question: “What does it look like knit up?” Well, thanks to our friend Jo, we have a photo for you! We don’t have this beautiful, soft, tweedy hat on display because she is going to wear it! However, she reports that the yarn is lovely to feel while knitting and even lovlier feeling to wear. While making this hat, Jo chose to learn how to work a hem to line the earband and how to attach an I-cord to add some decorative edging. This is a beauiful hat knitted with a beautiful yarn and we thank you, JO SEYMOUR, for sharing it with us—always a pleasure!
