As promised, we have shown the scene from Sunday's book signing with Anna Zilboorg. We had a great time, and Anna was a dear to come after teaching two workshops near the shop!

Today is Tuesday, our day to be closed. However, after much consideration and consultation with our wonderful staff, we are delighted to announce that beginning April 1 the store will be open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK! We will change the hours on the website and on our door, but make a note that we will be open Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays 12-5; Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 10-5:30 and Thursdays 12-8! Remember, that will take effect beginning APRIL 1. So next Tuesday, our last to be closed, will have to be really special. Think we'll spend the day knitting!

I'm so thrilled that the shop will be open 7 days. Not that it helps me anymore, but I have friends who will be delighted to be able to get a yarn fix any lunch hour!

I just wish I lived close enough to make a knitting lunch hour! I have to make do alone, in the company cafeteria (although I'm attracting a few curious kibitzers!)

I have yet to visit the shop, but I hope to make it there this weekend. Just following the blog is a lot of fun. And I'm VERY glad to see a good knitting shop that carries actual notions! I usually have to truck into Michael's for those, and hope they have what I need.

I was in the store on 4/6 to look at the Schaefer yarns and found them out of stock for now. I'm almost finished a sweater using Emily Dickinson and want to get some more. I'm having so much fun with this yarn. Please let me know when your supply comes in so I can be first in line to purchase.
